Decision canvas & cards
Lay decisions out as cards, link them, and expand any card to see the branches that follow — then record what you accept or reject.
Decision Canvas drafts cards from your own files, lays them out so a team can branch and agree, then schedules and sends the result — on Slack, WhatsApp or email — on its own.

The problem
The reasoning lives in a document, the debate in a thread, and the follow-up in someone's memory. Decision Canvas keeps all three on one board — and finishes the job.
What's inside
From the first draft to the message that goes out, the whole thing lives on one board your team can see.
Lay decisions out as cards, link them, and expand any card to see the branches that follow — then record what you accept or reject.
Upload PDFs, docs and sheets. Decision Canvas drafts cards from the passages that matter and cites exactly where each one came from.
Give a card a due date and hand it to the agent. It fires on time, every time — one-off or repeating — and rolls the next one forward.
Push a decision to Slack, WhatsApp, SMS or email — now or scheduled — and keep an outbox that shows exactly what was sent, to whom, and when.
Tell the assistant what to change on the board in plain language, ask questions grounded in your files, and turn a conversation into a slide deck.
Invite-only workspaces, canvas sharing with roles, a shared contact list, and a view of who's on which board and what they were sent.
Plus a prompt library, quick notes and tasks on every canvas, usage limits for your team, and connectors — bring your own AI key, or pull in a Google Sheet over MCP.
Draft → Decide → Act
Three steps, one board. Nothing gets lost between the meeting and the message.
Upload your documents or ask the assistant. Cards appear on the canvas, each citing the source it was drafted from.
Expand a card into its options, draw the connections, and record the call. Everyone sees the same board, roles and all.
Hand the accepted card to the agent. It goes out on the right channel at the right time, logged in the outbox.
Why teams keep it open
“The decision, the reasoning, and the message that went out finally live in the same place.”
Security & control
Every card shows its source, every send is logged, and every workspace is closed by default. The agent acts on what your team accepted — nothing else.
Each organization is its own invite-only workspace. There's no open sign-up.
Cards and answers cite the exact passage they came from, so you check rather than trust.
The agent only fires cards your team accepted and scheduled, on the channel you chose.
Bring your own AI provider key so prompts run under your account, with usage limits per team.

Questions
Create a workspace, upload a document or two, and let the assistant draft the first cards. You'll have a real canvas — with cited cards you can branch, accept and schedule — inside your first session.
From your own uploaded files. Documents are chunked and indexed, and every card or answer cites the passage it was drawn from, so you can check the source rather than trust a black box.
Give a card a due date and hand it to the always-on agent. When it comes due the agent sends it on its chosen channel — Slack, WhatsApp, SMS or email — and logs it in the outbox. Repeating cards roll forward on their own.
Yes. Each organization is its own invite-only workspace — there's no open sign-up — and sign-in supports MFA. You can also bring your own AI provider key so prompts run under your account.
AI actions use credits — drafting cards from a document, answering a question in research chat, or turning a conversation into a slide deck. Editing cards, drawing connections and sending messages don't. Credits reset every month and don't roll over; on Pro you can buy more if you run out. On Enterprise, the team shares one pool, and admins can set limits per member.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Yearly plans are billed up front and include two months free.
The prices above take effect. We'll tell you well in advance, you choose the plan that fits, and anything outside your plan is clearly marked before it ever locks — nothing disappears without notice.
